A curated database of RFP, bid and grant opportunities across the Cincinnati metro tri-state area — Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. Sources are aggregated, normalized and scored, and nothing reaches a subscriber until a human has signed off on it.

Why it exists

The lists are fragmented

Municipal and county procurement portals, state grant systems and grants.gov each publish separately, in different shapes, on different schedules.

And frequently stale

Applicants spend their time discovering that a program is closed, that they are ineligible, or that it is sized for a far larger organization.

So research is the product

Normalized fields, a scoring model for eligibility, funding size and application difficulty, and provenance for every published value.

How a record gets here

  1. Acquired. Sources are fetched on a schedule. Documents are stored by content hash, so the same file discovered through two portals is stored once.
  2. Extracted. Fields are pulled from the source document, each one kept as an append-only fact rather than overwriting what came before.
  3. Reviewed. A person accepts or rejects the extracted conclusion. No machine-extracted field publishes on its own.
  4. Published. The record becomes searchable, and every field on it remains traceable back through the reviewer, the extraction, the document and the URL.
